Senior Spotlight: Seth Parker

Do you value your successes or failures more? Why?

“Success because you make more money. I believe failure is a sign of weakness, and we should be defined by our accomplishments, not our shortcomings.”

 

Is there something that you feel you were meant to do or be?

“I feel like I was meant to be a pilot. I have always wanted to fly a plane, the thrill of lifting off the ground is unmatched in my opinion.”

 

What drives you to do better at something?

“The ability to make more money motivates me to do better in high school and life. I want to make a lot of money when I get older so I don’t have to worry about finances.”

 

If karma was coming back to you, would it help or hurt you?

“Karma would help me because I am a good guy, rarely do I do things wrong and I always try to help others.”

 

Do you consider yourself the hero or the villain in your story?

“I consider myself a hero because I came from a small town and have been able to meet many new people and participate in many activities here at Darlington. ”

 

What do you want most out of life?

“I want to be wealthy so I don’t have to worry about money later in life, that is my greatest fear.”

 

How much control do you really have over yourself?

“I completely control myself. I believe we all make our decisions, whether it be picking right from wrong or any other decision. No one’s opinion will sway my standpoint.”

 

What have you given up on?

“…What haven’t I given up on? #Senioritis. ”
