Hollis Ledbetter is a multi-sport athlete who has enjoyed all of his years at Darlington and has many memories that he will never forget.

“I started at Darlington in Pre-k, and I have been going here ever since so it has been 14 years,” Ledbetter said.

Ledbetter will never forget the Friday night lights for football and playing with his friends.

“My favorite memory at Darlington would definitely have to be spending every Friday night by the Lakeside,” Ledbetter said.

Ledbetter will miss all of the sports he has played throughout high school, but he doesn’t plan on doing any sports in college and wants to have a good experience.

“I don’t think I want to play any sports in college, but I will really miss playing football and soccer in high school,” Ledbetter said.

Ledbetter plans on attending Auburn University after high school.

“After Darlington, I plan to go to college at Auburn University and major in construction architecture. I am looking forward to attending college with my older brother and make many new friends,” Ledbetter said.

Ledbetter is going to miss his good friends he has made throughout high school and the sports he has played through the years. Not being able to see his buddies or coming to school everyday will be a big change for him.

“The main things I’m going to miss are my friends and sports. It’s gonna be a big change not being able to see my close friends pretty much every day, but I know college is going to be a fun experience,” Ledbetter said.
